The west boundary of the tract is the Columbia-Union County line. The property can be accessed via woods road off Union RD 203, a.k.a Salem Cemetery Road. The whole tract features a merchantable stand of mixed hardwood and pine. Being located on the edge of Cornie Creek Bottom, the topography is generally flat with the timber being predominantly bottomland hardwood. The tract was selectively harvested around 2013 and was left with an excellent stand of timber. A detailed timber inventory report is available upon request.
