And there is access to public water, which will save you the cost of drilling a well or multiple wells.The land is in the city of Bean Station, close to shopping, schools, and Cherokee Lake. The land is less than a minute to State Highway 11W, which can either take you to Knoxville or Kingsport. The city of Morristown is 15 minutes away. Morristown is a larger city than Bean Station and has a mall, hospitals, health-care facilities, restaurants, multiple Walmarts, Lowe's, Home Depot, plus more.
